Activity posters
Posters for your runs and rides, ready for Instagram
Every activity in Relic can become a feed post in four formats, each with your route, your numbers and a caption written for you. No Canva, no screenshots, no cropping.
Four formats from one activity
- The Finish Line (1:1). Route, distance, time and climb on one clean square. The classic post-race card.
- The Highlight (4:5). The route with the one stat that made the day front and centre.
- The Portrait (4:5). Your own photo with the route and numbers laid over it.
- The Relief (4:5). A render of your route raised over the 3D terrain it crossed.
Want motion instead? The same activity makes a 9:16 flyover video for Reels and Stories.
Your year on one map
Territory lays every outdoor route you recorded in a year onto a single map, so you can see where you actually spent your miles. Export it as a poster, or as a running collage of your biggest days.
Works with what you already record
Connect Strava, or upload a GPX from Garmin, Coros, Wahoo, Apple Watch or any app that exports one. Not sure how? Here's how to export a GPX.

Questions
Every poster exports at 1080px wide: 1080×1080 for the 1:1 Finish Line, 1080×1350 for the 4:5 formats. Those are Instagram's native feed sizes, so nothing gets cropped.
